About Us
Bosa Bosele Training College (BBTC) was registered with the then Botswana Training Authority (BOTA),now Botswana Qualification Authority (BQA) under the Vocational Training Act number 22 of 1998 of the laws of Botswana and also with then Tertiary Education Council (TEC),now Human Recourse Development Council (HRDC) under the Tertiary Education Act, CAP 57:04,Section 19 of 1999.The institution is wholly owned by Bosele Tshegang who is a Botswana citizen. The institution is determined to assist its learners to realize their goals and objectives in the education sphere. There is a board of Governors, made up of specialists in different areas and have vast knowledge in education matters. The board provides expert advice and guidance to ensure efficient and effective running of the institution.
Vision
The BBTC vision is a statement of what we envision the
future effect of the services of the BBTC to be. With our
vision we have challenged ourselves and expressed hope
for the future that lies just beyond the strategic planning
“horizon”.
The vision of BBTC is … ‘To be a college that aspires
to provide inclusive and excellent education for the 4th
industrial revolution’.
Missions
Our mission statement is the most concentrated
expression of what strategic purpose BBTC exists to
accomplish in order to achieve its vision. This Mission
statement makes reference to services,
beneficiaries and places.
The Mission of BBTC is… ‘To provide excellent education
to our students, nationally and internationally through
modern methods of teaching, research, and community
service’.
